1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We store this information to identify your account and personalize your experience. We do not have access to your Google password. When you check a URL, we fetch the public content of that URL from our servers for analysis purposes only. We store your check history (URL, score, results) linked to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: • Provide the AEO and SEO checking service • Track your free check usage and subscription status • Process payments via Razorpay • Send transactional emails (receipts, support replies) We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. We store payment records (amount, status, order ID) linked to your account for billing history.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use session cookies provided by NextAuth.js to keep you logged in. These cookies are essential for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while using the service. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and check history for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@anantahq.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: • Google OAuth — for sign-in authentication • Google PageSpeed Insights API — for page speed scoring (your URL is sent to Google) • Razorpay — for payment processing Each of these services has their own privacy policies which govern their data use.
