By accessing or using AEO Checker (aeo.anantahq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
AEO Checker is a web-based tool that analyzes publicly accessible URLs for SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) signals. The service provides informational scores and recommendations only. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking or AI visibility improvements.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to: • Only check URLs you own or have authorization to analyze • Not use the service to scrape or collect data at scale • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or payment requirements • Not reverse-engineer or copy the service We reserve the right to block access for misuse.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable once a check has been performed or a subscription period has begun. If you experience a payment issue where you were charged but did not receive access, contact billing@anantahq.com within 7 days. Monthly subscriptions do not auto-renew.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on AEO Checker is owned by AnantaHQ. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission. Your check results and reports belong to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the scores or recommendations will improve your search rankings. SEO and AEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
AnantaHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page.
